We drove to Destin on Easter Sunday and then back the following Saturday.
Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: 4 miles
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: Walked by myself on the beach for an hour. I did my running mid-afternoon and it was too hot to run. So I had a couple of margaritas near the pool and went for the walk at 5:00.
Friday: 6 miles
