Seven miles at about 9:00 pace at lunch. It was 30 and sunny as I ran behind Summerfest at lunch. Great day for a run so I kept going; went up Lafayette Hill, over to North, back on Prospect, then to Brady and back to the office. I was pretty tired when I finished but happy with the first long run outside in a while.
